Instructor Trish


Trish is an ACE certified fitness instructor focusing on Pilates inspired and core strengthening workouts. She began practicing Pilates as a teenager which has complemented a background in dance, barre, and hot yoga as well as teaching stretch, HIIT, and strength training classes. She also has certifications in functional nutrition and is currently completing continuing education in corrective movement for chronic pain, core exercises for back health, behavior change and stress management. Trish runs a pet sitting business and enjoys cooking, Stand Up Paddleboarding, traveling, and photography.
